NOKIA 3200 Keeps Saying Phone Restricted?!

Hi,

I've unlocked my nokia 3200 which was on the tesco mobile uk network and when i change the sim to put a o2 sim in the phone it says enter my pin therefore i do then it says enter restriction code once again. Can anyone help me and let me know whats going on i've unlocked loads of phones but never come across this problem.

I used the +7 code and +1 code, so what do i actually have to do now to unlock it fully?

What happens when you type code +7???

It says phone restriction off however when i change sim to my o2 sim card it lets me put my sim pin in then it says phone restricted again. Anything i can do to unlock the phone?

Cant remember correctly..but I think U need to enter cod +5 also..check unlocking guide in articles section..hope U will find some info there..
