I think the best thing for people to remember is this...

if you have a problem with a Symbian phone (Regardless of Baseband Architecture) and its a software problem, or what you think is software!! then post it in the DCT4 or BB5 Section...

if you have a problem with a phone and you think its a Hardware problem, then post it in the Hardware Section...

I hope this is an easier option for you...
