How can I do full Factory reset so I can get the generic Firmwear

A full factory reset is another thing. It will let the phone with the factory defaults for security codes, etc, but the phone will be stil with everything customized by your provider.

Tp flash the phone and debrand it, you need special hardware, a box. Since a box costs too much for just one phone, from €150 to €400+, your best solution is to find a small repair shop and ask them to flash the phone with a generic unbranded firmware, which will cost you a small fee, max 30usd.
