Eti Camcorder Cannot Convert The Full Video

i have eti camcorder installed on my 6600 but dont know which version.
i have recorded video around 20mts in size and it plays fine on the phone but when i use the eyecon software to convert it to avi it converts only 7mts and 9 sec.please help

finanly i fixed the problem!
i have uploaded EYECON on allaboutsymbian forum!!
real player doesnt play videos good,
but using:
BSPLAYER (http://dvd.stuff.gr) or:
smartmovie
u can see videos fine!!
just put eyecon folder in C:\
so it will be: C:\EYECON\EyeCon GUI.exe

get a reg cleaner like: www.jv16.org
and remove all "hermitclub" junk before install eyecon again
get also the retail.bat file as it is here:

jojo i could not understand how to do that my videos plays only 7 mts and 9 seconds no matter how long the recording is.
can you please explain how to do it step by step i am not a computer expert
