X7 Slider from O2 Germany

I have a problem to unlock the X7 Slider from O2 Germany if I use the following:

Model: TSM3
Imei: 356077003186259
Prepaid Codes: #9917*66161151#

nothing is working :( does anyone have an idea what to do ?
