hi
can anyone help me, when i switch on the nokia 6680 i get a message on the screen sayng ' Phone start-up failer. Contact the retailer'. how do i fix this problem.

i would say if your phone is under warranty (2 years on new models!!) then contact nokia or take it to a nokia service centre... otherwise there are a few things you can try... formatting the user area sometimes corrects this fault...
