I need help with 9210

Dear Friends,

I was toying around with some softwares for the 9210, unluckily I accidentaly deleted some system files i think, Now I can't get the profiles to work or the messaging function.

Can anyone help me by guiding me on how to
re-install the mcu flash files for the 9210?

What hardware/softwares do i need?
any special cable or do i use the original 9210 data cable?

1. format 9210 with Shift+Ctrl+F after put in the batt
2. download Nokia 9210 Communicator data in one SIS package from http://www.nokia.com/phones/productsupport/9210/downloads_sw_413.html and install

is there a way I can upgrade my software version?

ur version is 4.06, then u better reflash to 4.13.
i can reflash for f.o.c
