help with my NEC 338

hey guys i recently received an unlocked NEC 338 from England (I'm in Jamaica) and after about 5 days of using it, it froze. Right now it only turns on. If any other button is pressed the phone freezes. Does anyone know what is wrong with the phone.Help Plz

Sounds to me like your keypad connector has become disconnected.
