hi,i want to convert my phone but i dont know where to start.Could anyone post whats the first step to do?i will be gratefull if u post it step by step `coz im totally noob in this.

what kind of "conversion" (like 8210>8250, 6210>6250, etc.)?

flashing firmware? or hardware modding for other net bands use?
