Griffin Box CRD + Crusader HELP

Hi,

I just bought the above box and when i plug in the 9v supply .. none of the lights come on.

the person i bought it from says the lights come on after the gul file has been loaded but when i try to load the file it says

Bad ID response from box
Completed processing file.


Please help. thank u in advance

Are you sure you bought the ORIGINAL Box, and not the clone? Make youre, your power supply is not only 9V, but also has correct ampers

i av griffin,,,,i av a split box,,,u kno griffin 1 side turn it over its ufs3 the other side,
anyway,i plug 9v adaptor in it light up blue constant and white flashing,without anything connected to box,,,not a special adaptor,an ordinary multi adaptor,,,switches from 3v,4.5v,6v,9v,12v,
i use it tip positive,and selector on 9v,,,hope this help u:)
