Nokia N91 Rebranding

Anyone know how I can remove all my operators software off my N91 so that its back to its original Nokia state. I rang up a Nokia repair centre and they said they cant help me?

That particular shop are liars... try www.nokiatech.com its around £29.99 and that includes VAT and return delivery to your address... and they CAN debrand your phone!!!
