3315 Halloween flash file

I have downloaded that file in other forum.........And its great

This halloween flashfile is originally made by logoMANNYger of makati,philippines

i don't like startup and shutdown tone. it is too long, and i can't turn it off, even if i put phone in silent mode when i turn it off it plays that tone in ringing level 5. but all other things is good.

to KRISIS,

It works fine to me (start up/shutdown). The TONE is meant for
halloween.... Creepy sounds! If u dont want the startup sounds, you can turn your warning tones to OFF.

-some of Menu Titles are in caps and some are in InitCaps

when i flashed this to my phone, it's always keypad locked. what am i doing wrong? other flash files seem ok when i use them. only this one gives the keypad locked, unable to unlock keypad.
