Cable Connect Help

This might sounds stuipid but...

I just got a new FBUS/MBUS cable for my 8390 from Cellphoneshop http://www.cellphoneshop.net/noname140.html

Anyways, i try to hook it up to my phone, and i cant get any DCT4 Software to connect, i know what port i am using but always get a connection error.

Any Help would be appreciated
