E398 don't charge and discharge the battery.

Hi,

Is there any one here can help me with my problem in my E398 motorola. When you plug the charge the phone doesnt have indication of charging. When you use full charge battery the battery drain. What do you think is the problem with this?

Do u know how to solder? the charging inside the PCB has 3 connecting point. Just resolder the point. 1 of the point is harder to solder. Normally I solder a wire n short it to ground.
