hi i successfully unlocked my nokia 6010 but before i could completely turn my phone off my little brother came up and smacked it out of my hand. the phone fell on the floor and the battery fell out (yeah i know i should of had the battery cover on it.) so does this mean i have to go back and attempt to unlock my phone again? thank you for your time

No.
After you unlock your phone its recommended that you re-boot it. I guess your brother did a favour for you. :lol:

It should be fine.
If you want to test it out, just grab a another SIm card that is not supported and test it out.
If the SIM works; then your unlocked and free =)
