on nokia phones, operator logos are for a single operator, which is recognised by its MCC+MNC (eg. 228-03). Sending a logo to the phone with operator 000-00 normally clears the operator logo. As logomanager automatically detects operator code, if you have no signal it must not have found it and left 000-00...
but I don't know why it is diplayed on the screen, seems weird...

yeah i was thinking that was it because there was no operator found at the time. i don't know why it appeared on the phone though, was hoping somebody else had had this problem before and could tell me what was wrong.

hi,
i had the same problem once and fix it,
i had a sim from another country and i put that it to my phone.
then i upload a operater logo from Logomanager software.
At that time it was selected to the Country(Operator) that sim belongs to.
after that i got "000 00"
then i put my new sim and choose the right operator(country now i'm living) and upload my logo.
it is cured now.
cheers

The phone was from belgium.
I upgraded it still can't find any network. I verified it by activating netmonitor and I found out that on test 11, it can't really find a network. the values were al zeroes.
Funny thing is that it only gets signal in some places. So, I think it needs to be calibrated. I sent the pone to Nokia service center for signal calibration... till then, I will post what happen whenit returns to me.
:)
