hey guys im having problems trying to unlock a nokia 1100 rh-18 locked on virgin for my young daughter, could any of you guys point me in the right direction to getting the network restrictions off. many thanks

How many incorrect codes have you tried?

The correct sequence is Network Virgin UK Special 23400001 ASIC2 Box/GEN/Serial Original 32779 Use code +5

You have a maximum of 5 incorrect tries, after that your phone is hardlocked

thanks, well we tried alternate solutions online trying but it was hardlocked, they seem to be abit of a pain to unlock, thankyou for your feedback, does anyone know when to get a cable unlock then in the birmingham uk areas thankyou

Hey,

Dont get the cable its to expensive.

Look for someone with the right equipment to unlock your phone @ your local market. You could also find someone in the Trading Post also(look under mobile>Services) :) Cost you around 20-30 pound.

The Cable+Box Duo is way to expensive for one unlock.

if it is locked on Virgin UK, the right GEN to use is 38211 and code +5

Get the unlocking service from http://www.unlocking4free.com/nokia-1100 .Here i found the free unlocking code for your nokia..Through this you can unlock your mobile easily.
