hello...

After reading a few threads that already existed on unlocking the 6822, i too have failed.

I tried the following

the IMEI (heh)
The Network - Uk Orange
the GEN - new griffin and Original
the model - asic 2 (after reading the suggestions from another thread.)

Not knowing how many tries I have, I have tried 3 codes (2 on original #1 and #7 and 1 new griffin #1). On all occasions i have gotten "Emergency Calls Only".

I did the *#0000# version thing and the results were

v4.48 11-03-05 RM-69

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Many Thanks :)

"Emergency Calls Only" means that you have taken out your sim and you have pressed the green button when you entered your code.

The take out your SIM method usually works for most phones, some phones don't respond at all.
I find it best if you leave your SIM card in and insert the code on your phones home screen.

So Use the method you used before.
ASIC 2
GEN: ORIGINAL (don't use griffin).
or you can visit <sorry!>

USe code +7#.

This time you should get "Phone restriction off" :-D

Please post your results.
