unlocking phone from Australian Virgin network

My Nokia 3100 is locked to the Aussie Virgin network but the calculator I am using does not give this as an option, what can I do, thanks

From my years of exp online unlocking many have reported that they have successfully unlocked their virgin Aus phone using the OPTUS- Singtel Network MNC MCC.

Please give it a go and report back.
