is there a software that can check any problems in all nokia phones using dejan box ... even it is almost dead by bad flashing or bad use of any other software ... ?

Hem... of course there is a software (wintesla) that can diagnose the phone.. but the phone must have a soft that runs correctly on it.. if you can't power it up it's no use trying.
I would try to reflash it with a backup :(
