6030b Cincinnati Bell - unable to unlock

I tried the ways discussed in this forum but the mobile gives me a code error. I tried it thrice and now waiting for somone to help me . This is a prepaid connection from Cincinnati Bell

My firmware profile:

Language: V m3.35

I installed the Nokiafree unlock code calculator (crux) and generated the code with the following set-up:

DCT4( Expert only)

Can someone help me review this ?
