dead 8850 questions...

ok i have a dead 8850, i was told that it has been overflashed and i needs a new flash chip put in ( the CPU ic is v18 ), ok , i also have a damaged 8210 pcb ( CPU ic is v16 ) , with what it looks like is a good flash chip., this is the big question will and can the flash ic from the 8210 pcb board be put in my 8850 and will it work....cause the flashi ic's r the same size right?

any help would be apreciated

Sorry matey, you can tell how many phones I get through, I cant even remember people sending them to me!

Yes it was overflashed, and if you can find someone who has a flash chip and can solder it on, it would work, Im sure.
