I tried with GEN(Original), When I input the 7th code generated which showed "Code error". I also tried with GEN (ONE). It didn't work either.

I used to successfully unlock Nokia 6030 with the firmware (V3.25), IMEI starts with 010892........ The generated codes with GEN (ONE) work like charm. Is it because the firmware is quite new (V 5.24,16-08-06), IMEI starts with 011052......
I don't know what I should do further. Please help!

Same issue here with IMEI 01105200xxxxxxx

Tried:
GEN=asic6
Model=ASIC2

Used calculated code #1 and #2 both showed error.

I also can't unlock my Nokia 6030 with IMEI starting at those digits and firmware being RM-225.

I used the new calculator V5.0 downloaded from Nokiafree.org. I set GEN to be T-Mobile and ASC2. Neither Code#1 or Code#7 worked.

If anyone find a way to unlock nokia 6030 in this firmware RM-225, please let me know.

thay are hard locked and donot know how to unlock them yet

The 6030b (T-Mobile) RM-225 can not be unlocked.

I just killed my unit and now it's totally locked to all networks.

from best i can find out, rm255 still not unlockable?

(also a bump for all the other 6030b rm255 owners out there that will soon be searching for the info, thanks to the special t-mobile recently ran)

The 6030 RM-225 is an Asic 11 model again 2 ways to unlock it

1) network provider - Best option

2) MT box - hard to come by at the moment

I assume there's no use in providing IMEI + code combinations and this is NOT as simple as a new box code needing to be reversed from those?

I will try and get T-mobile USA to provide the unlock code for my RM-225 6030b, for what little that may help.

Yep. I have a working unlock code for my phone (RM-225 6030 locked to T-mobile USA), plugging that into the UniqueSW key code extractor yields key code 61316, but putting that back into Crux v3.10 doesn't yield the unlock code :(

Is there a thread where folks are discussing this? I assume more known IMEI + code combinations would be helpful...and I'm happy to contribute.

The unlock box looks nice but I don't think I am ready to be a depot. If the box could re-write firmware it could reverse the vendor-imparted restrictions too.

I think what Richard is asking is, "Would IMEI/unlock code pairs be helpful and if so, who can I donate the info to?" Expecting to get the code from T-mobile this week and would be happy to contribute. Not accustomed of having to do this on a Nokia; I like it when there is a code calc that works. :)

I suggest you to unlock your mobile by unlock codes its the safe and best way of unlocking..did you tried from your provides? you can also get it from online providers who provide ulock codes..one of my friend got unlock code for his mobile from onlinegsmunlock (http://www.onlinegsmunlock.com/unlock-your-phone/rs7wp2/) and unlocked his mobile you can too try unlock codes from them..
