"Not allowed" message - please help

Using Nokia 2310, UK T-Mobile, IMEI <NOT ALLOWED!>

I have tried a few codes from GSMliberty.net and the phone has locked, showing "not allowed" message. What should I do next?

It means that you have used more then 5 codes and have ristricted your phone.
Although this also means that the code you have entered was the correct one, but because you have maxxed out your phone, you require a cable solution.
