Can the Nokia DCT4 calculator be used to unlock a Motorola LG-C1300 cell phone that was used in the Cingular Network in the Mid-Tennessee area?

If not, what DCT4 Calculator must I use?

Obviously Not.
The Nokia Calculator is only for Nokia DCT4 compatible phones. hence the name.
