Hey,

I tried it too, on the logomanager website it says that it does support the 7650 with bluetooth, yet when I tried it through the mapped bluetooth comport - nothing! Surprise surprise!!

awww! did they say "only" with or for bluetooth?

I don't have bluetooth yet from my 7650 :( I'm using an IrDa connection. Logomanager detected the device when I clicked on Test button (while installing the software) but when I opened the program - Not connected :(

N7650 doesnt work with logomanager, older Nokia fones do, such as 8210, 8850, 8310 etc.

But Your N7650 will purfectly work with "PC suite for nokia 7650" and you can download it here :

PC suite for Nokia 7650 (http://www.nokia.com/phones/productsupport/7650/downloads_pcsuite.html)

I have pc suite installed here :) the box of 7650 includes 2 cd which includes pc suite.

Just want to use logomanager coz I'm used to it :) and I can send flash messages. Do you know any program (free if possible) that will let me send flash messages for Nokia 7650?

Thanks a million Pejo

Here is what Logomanager said to me about the Nokia 7650
" Thank you for contacting LogoManager. Having spoken to the software developer, it seems unlikely that we will be able to support the 7650 in the short term even if we had access to the phone.

It appears that the model is a Symbian phone with no mobile end, which means that we can not communicate with it alike to the other Nokia models. We would need to develop new software to communicate with the Symbian platform. We had similar problems with the 9210, but luckily could communicated with the mobile partly in the normal way. This does not appear possible with the 7650 because of the way Nokia have designed the phone internally (having looked at the specs). It will be along term plan to support the Symbian platform, but we can not predict when or if this will happen. I will notify you if/when we make progress on supporting the 7650."

Hello Kane,

Thank you for your initiative in contacting LM support team.

With regards to their response to you, I'm simply sad hearing that until now they wasn't able to make an advance move to programme a LM that will support 7650.

Too slow .....

and huh! they knew that 9210 is not supported and seems to me that they're satisfied with the "luck" in finding out that LM communicates wth 9210.. and now... they r waiting for the luck for L to communicate with 7650? oh well.. I'm stunned with their response to you.

Again, thanks for informing us and sharing us their "stunning reply"

:)
