Help Needed..urgent! Nokia E70

HEY..I AM NEW HERE HAVE NO IDEA IF I AM POSTING IN THE RIGHT SECTION OR NOT..ANWYZZ..SOME1 PLS HELP ME OUT

PROBLEM -

When I switch on ma phone, the screen lights up, but then nothing comes on the screen. the nokia logo doesn't come but the welcome tone can be heard. only the white light appears. and at times, if i press the screen, i can see the icons (as in the standyby mode), but then it fades down. WATS THE PROBLEM..a day b4 this happnd - the screen flickered. so i just pressed the screen ,as in near the switch off button, and it came bak to normal. but the next morning , the screen was blank...SOME1 PLS HELP ASAP..thanxx in advance..

Theres a possibility the screen is not sitting in its connector on the main board properly.

Another possibility is that the pins on the screen connector on either the main board or the screen itself have dry or damaged joints.

Either way its most likely to be a hardware problem. Easy fix usually with a fine tip soldering iron and some flux.
