If your phone is still under warranty, Nokia will reset the counter for you. I purchased an N90 second hand that the prior owner had hard locked and they were willing to reset it for me so I could input the code from my service provider. All it took was a quick call to their support line

Are u receiving message counter expired?? UFS + HWK can solve this problem
