Help please 3510i

Hi ya all ihave just unlocked my nokia 3510i or so it seems i followed the instrutions then put a t mobile sim in the phone (was on orange) and the phone restricted came up on the screen so i entered the code again and the phone said not restricted but it still says phone restricted please can some one tell me what to do?

enter code 5#, Orange have been known to use 2 codes

when do i enter the code 5# not to clever on this tech stuff?
also does this apply to all nokia's on orange as i have a 6610i & N70 i want to unlock?
the 3510i is a test to see if it works

use code 5#from the same codes you used code 7# for the 3510,n70 you have to contact your network provider, to get a code, your 6610 you can try code 7# first if not fully unlocked then enter code 5# aswell.

etowah so i enter the unlock code then 5# in the same line EG *# pw 123456+pw01#* 5# or do i enter the 5# when i have put another network sim in the phone sorry to be a pain thanks pash02

enter the code, the same as you did the first code, ok!

etowah just done that and it came up code error tryed it on its own also no joy yet the phone says "not restricted" when the correct code is entered just cant get the other sim to work jusy says "phone restricted"
any ideas?? a hammer perhaps :grin:

the sim you are trying to use, does it work in a different phone ?

etowah just tryed an o2 sim that i know works but still comes up phone restricted on the nokia any ideas i have not put the code back in again only got one more go to do that
