Change imei nokia n93

Hi every body !! I'm french and sorry for my poor english ^^
I have a nokia n93, and it is in BLACK LIST, and i can't send sms and i can't call anybody !!
So i have to change the imei number of my mobile !!
But how can i do that ??

Do you know the reasons why a phone is blacklisted ??
I guess you know !!

anyway it seems to be impossible on BB5 models like yours (N93 is not DCT4)
