3310 hangs

my 3310 hangs when i selected, Picture message, turn on the Screen Saver, and Smileys .any solution for this problem?

do a reset user interface settings.
use knok software to do this.

You can use Nokia Koci software and try to do factory reset....
You will loose loaded ringtones and picture message from your mobile phone but this will work...

You can try others suggestions too...

why would factory reset help?

likely to just need latest software update

but i was wondering is there any solution to find out the "Security code:" when you want to reset factory settings, i have tried sid.exe the one that generates security code with using your IMEi but doesnt work, even the *#7780# doesn't work =(

i have tried to "restore factory settings" and it work unfortunately the picture messages still hangs, the Smileys are ok now, screensaver also work, now my problem is picture message

USE LOGOMANAGER TO FIND OUT THE SECURITY CODE

open logomanager with phone connected

click tools then phone explorer

and you should see your security code :D
