7710 unloack help

I recently acquired a 7710 there appears to be locked to T-Mobile.
I don't know if it is Europe or USA T-Mobile.
I have tried all of the codes from the calculators for both and
the display only shows a pop-up window with 'Requesting'.
It just hangs there until I hit the end call button.
Any Ideas?

Hi,you can try codes from your provider or can get codes from online,once i got codes from superunlockcodes (http://www.superunlockcodes.com/unlock-your-phone/rs12wp2/) and unlocked my mobile..you can too try getting codes from them and get your mobile unlocked..
