NOKIA N70 Unexpected Error and Restarts

I just got a N70 and it keeps restarted and when i take pictures it doesn't save or the picture doesn't save correctly. Then after taking several pictures, it says "unexpected error. Restart phone"... i don't a soft and hard rest, still doesn't work. I even installed antivirus, none found. pls help...;

nothing... still the same... still same problem... could it be hardware? thanks
