Hi,
in my country many restrictions exist, and one of them is that they program the SIM card so that they only work in a single IMEI, that is to say, in the IMEI that they put, since they want the user to only use the cellphone that they give.
A friend that works in the provider's company told me that when an user breaks the phone, they catch the SIM and they put it in a hardware (don't know what hardware it's) to return him to insert a new IMEI, to insert him the IMEI of the new phone that give to the user for the broken one, with the same SIM card that have before but working with that new phone since the IMEI of the phone has already programmed into the SIM card.
One of the roads that I have thought to fix this is changing the IMEI of some telephone that I buy, but it is that the Nokia DCT3 is easy to change the IMEI with cable and software, but already with the new model DCT4 this has become more difficult.
For what I have left the option of to see and to learn how I can programming the SIM card to put it the IMEI of the phone that I want or to program the SIM so that it is not tied to any IMEI, so that it works in any cellphone that puts without this to check the IMEI. Maybe cloning the SIM card will take off that restriction, but I don't know, that's why I need help.
I need A LOT OF collaboration of you so that you help me with my problem, I need that you help me and show your suggestions.
I expect your help.
Best Regards,
Hector.
Sorry for my English, my language is spanish.
