flash to debrand

hi i want to be able to flash my sony ericsson w810 to debrand it preferably for free or at least as little as possible how can i do this and what cable do i need i have a total multiserver usb cable and the original cable that came with my phone thanks

also is there any prog that will allow me to change the imei number on these phones thanks and what cable will i need for that

imei change is illegal in uk.... only paid for can do that...setool bout the cheapest an best.but others may disagree with me.....as that just my opinion:)
