My wife bought a Nokia 3200b last year. It was imported, by the superstore where we shop (probably from the USA), for use in Colombia. She bought it from COMCEL in the superstore and it is on the COMCEL network in Colombia. MCC + MNC for COMCEL in Colombia is 732101. I suspect that Lock 4 (MSIN Lock, Sim Specific) is on, because the phone will not accept a different COMCEL SIM card. I downloaded the NokiaFREE Unlock Codes Calculator v.3.10 and have tried to unlock it, using the codes for 3200b, selecting Occidente & Caribe Celular in Colombia as the network (the code 73210100 is shown) but no success. The codes for the 3200 are the same. Questions: (a) Is it possible that this phone is somehow also locked to another network? (b) If so, how can we unlock it? TIA, Lanny

etowah: Thank you for your reply! Not all of those settings are possible in the online calculator (3200b and asic2 for example). I will try using "other" for the country in the software I downloaded and installed on this PC, when I boot into MS Windows. Colombia is not in the drop down list of countries in the online calculator (I specified "Other") and I don't think asic2 is a choice either. Lanny
