Unlocking 3120 With Noktool

I'm trying to unlock a nokia 3120 with Noktool application but it seems that is not detecting the phone it says: COM3 port busy, although the application of the phone like Nokia PC suite detect it and can syncronize, and don't know why is this happening, I don't know if I'm using the right cable since I have the DKU5 usb cable. I've tried other application for unlocking or flasing or to put it in Test Mode and not any of them seem to detect it
