Unicel problems

I have a few problems unlocking phones locked to Unicel.

Are Unicel like the XE network, direct unlock only ?

I am using 310890 MNC. Am I using the wrong MNC code ?

I have found 310900 but have yet to test it.

Has anyone successfully unlocked a phone locked to Unicel ?

Any help would be great guys.
