SMS & MMS Backup Utility

Hello people.

I've been searching forums and stuff for a program which might backup my SMS and MMS.

I by that mean in a readable file for PC. Like a "CSV" or something. But it must fetch theese things:

Sender Name, Phonenumber, Date, Text, (and attachments if mms).

Anyone know a program who does this simple? I could backup my attachments on mms myself if only it fetches the text for me. Since its not so many of them.
