how Do I Unlock a nokia 6030

I have a nokia 6030 b that I have no Idea on how to unlock it. I got it from a friend and did not get all the parts for it. Hope that will help? I live in the USA. If I'm in the wrong Please forgive me I'm new here. SORRY!
