problem bb5 unlocking

i am trying 2 unlock my nokia E65 i got all the stuff it said but when i go on computer manager i cant find the port that it is connected 2 and the bridge isnt showing??

and when i get the bb5 unlocker program open i click read and it says bad connection and wont find data
