How to extract ring tone from Eeprom???. Which program i need to use???.............Thank you............

This program have been download before..............there are two program inside right?

.....one is using dos and another one is using window.

The project1 can open but can't get connect. and another totaly can't open it.

what is the different of this two program???....Which program i need to use???....Dos or Window???.....can u explain more???...
