Flashing on vista

mayn moons ago i used too flash alot of phones and customize software on dct3 phones, slowly gave up as dct4 came out and i couldnt afford the hardware too flash them, but ive just been given an old 8210 so ive decided too make my own flash for it but im basicall back at square one, i used too use nokia flash tool for all my flashing but whats good too use now? is much dct3 stuff being made now is it that jsut too old school too bother with? im using vista so what else do i need to flash i know when xp came out you needed some other softare too do withte ports too make the flasher work.

please help me someone as this phone just looks boring as it is.
