6315i CDMA Flash/Unlock to Cricket

Phone Model I am working with is: 6315i

Can anyone provide me with any information on how to flash a Nokia mobile phone to Cricket? It would be helpful if anyone could provide me with information on just how to flash the phone to a new PRL. I have looked everywhere and have found it very difficult find ANY information and what I have found is very limited (I am not lazy & I have used the search button repeatedly). I am very familiar w/ flashing phones, I flash Motorolas all the time but I cant even find how to get started w/ Nokia.

I guess my main questions are...
1. What software do I use to unlock the phone and do I need to unlock it if I am flashing it (will flashing unlock it)?

2. What software do I use to flash the phone & do i need any extra hardware outside of a PC and cable?

3. Where can I get the PRL files and/or can I use the same one I use to flash Motorolas? (Cricket 1039 PRL is what I have been using)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone needs help flashing Moto's let me know and I will be happy to help.
