modifying ringtones

suppose i want to modify ringtones for dct3 phones, what softwares do i need? can i modify ringtones of fls files i downloaded from flashes.online.pt? or only those backup files that i have to get from my mobile phone first?

You can modify any flash file as long as it contains the MCU and PPM part only. Do not include the eeprom part when modify.
