6280 problem

Hi,

The other day I noticed that my keypad (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,0,*,#) and the side buttons (volume and camera capture button) of my 6280 stopped working completely. I do not know why it happened. Any idea how to fix it please?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

look at pics,check the flex connector 1st,the 1 in pic,make sure its in tight(thats what it sounds like:)
