please post here what schematic can i use if i want to use the software cardinal. i need schematics for me to read/write on the sim card

i had problems purchasing parts of the smart mouse reader which
they posted. what schem can i use instead???

I am writing the pinouts of the ic in detail you will find the half circiled cut in one side of that ic put that side in left hand side and start counting from left side to right closer side first first pint is no 1 it is input of inverter gate one 3 input 4 output of second 5 input 6 out of third, no7 pin is ground{-Ve} no 14 is vcc{+ve} no 13 is input of fifth gate 12 is out put 11 input 10 output 9 input 8 output don,t forget no 14 is in next side of no 1 so no 14 is in left side then 13 .......8 is close to no 7 or you can start counting anticlock wise

I am just a electronic engineer don,t know more about sim cloning trying to learn it for myself so if anybody knows how to start please help me
