Unlocking P990i

I just had my p990i but is locked to SMART here in the Phils. Can anybody help me unlock it?

setool theres 2 types of security old and new,,,,
if u av old ,and if you got setool its free,,,,if its new security then it cost 4logs to unlock,,,,,flashing is free,,,,,,but u av to av setool,
there mayb other solution,but only free if you got setool,

setool is a dongle,,,bout £80-£100..plus price of logs on top,,,,
there is free soft called setool lite,,,i use setool,so i not ever tried the free lite,,
i can direct u to
