question about bga jumpers

i have seen in some places the photos for making jumpers in different bga filters, well, i have a problem with one 6280 display and the fault was the bga filters, when i have the jumpers drawing i go to do it but i can see there are a lot of jumpers and a very small area to work, can anybody explain me how to do it if is posible?

IT IS POSSIBLE BUT ONLY EXPEREINCED & WELL BALANCED HAND CAN DO THAT. IT IS NOT SO SIMPLE BCOZ it has the chance of shorting.
