Unlock Nokia 6131

Hello friends,

I have a problem.
My parents went for a trip to Australia.
The came back with 2 nokia 6131 that has Virgin Mobile Australia lock.
Can I get the phones in anyway unlocked?
When I put my finnish simcard in it it askes for a Restiction Code????!!!
